Captain: Maj.Takuhiko Yamamura, Pilot: Capt. Kunio Hatao. Takao Naval Air Base, Taiwan, November 1944. 7th Sentai and 98th Sentai were loaned out to IJN Combined Fleet. This airplane made an emergency landing in Takao NAB (Taiwan) on November 19th, 1944 and lost it. The machine carried as camouflage painting dirty-brown colour paint on the upper surfaces, the bottom ones remained in duraluminium colour without painting. Inner part of entering wing edge was decorated with yellow identification band. Propeller cone and blades were deep-brown.
