The only photograph of one of four MiG-21PFMs supplied to Mobutu's regime from Serbia is sadly taken from such a distance, and showing the aircraft (parked at Gbadolite AB) with its whole tail removed, that hardly anything else but the most important details of the camouflage pattern is recognizible.
