Piloting the depicted Ki-79-Otsu with underslung 250 kgs-bomb, Sergeant-Major Yoshiuki Tsubaki flew-up from Chiran airfield at the southern Kyu-syu on 6th of June 1945, to attack Allies ships using suicidal sweep as a member of 113th shimbu-tai near Okinawa. Its plane had the basic Greyish-Green painting at the upper and lateral surfaces supplemented with sprayed snake-like spots of green paint. Part of entering wing edge was yellow, propeller blades had brown colour, the unit badge was placed at vertical tail flat. The Japanese training little airplanes Ki-79, both single- and double-seated, flew during their duties having several camouflage schemes. They occurred having grayish-green colour at all surfaces, also yellowish-orange at all surfaces and with camouflage green from above, grey from the bottom.
