Nigeria started to get its first Jaguars (13 single-seated SN and 5 double-seated BN) in 1984, but these were kept only for short time, the planes were withdrawn from the service because of financial reasons in 1991. All Nigerian Jaguars wore camouflage 'integral' composed from blotches of medium green, dark green and sandy (Desert Yellow) colours, serial numbers were repeated on the bottom wing side in big letters according to English manner. National insignia green and white.
