Major Wilhelm Herget flew this Bf.110G-4 while stationed at Flogennes, Belgium in December of 1943. At this time Herget commanded I./NJG4 as designated by the double chevron on the side of his Bf.110. Major Herget ended war with 75 confirmed victories. The Bf.110 was painted overall RLM76 Light Blue (FS36473) with RLM75 Gray-Violet (FS36122) mottling only on the upper surfaces. The shark mouth was RLM23 Red (FS31140) outlined in white, while the NJG4 badge under the front cockpit was also outlined in white.
